ARKRAY is currently seeking a Clinical Marketing Manager to develop and implement an actionable medical reference, education and support strategy for the Assure and GLUCOCARD product lines. To serve as the clinical marketing expert for the U.S. marketplace. To provide clinical resource support for the sales and marketing teams as required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build and execute a comprehensive medical evidence plan to help clinicians understand, accept and recommend Assure and GLUCOCARD product lines - including differentiation among Brands.

  • Develop and drive generation of clinical evidence for ARKRAY's product lines which supports revenue goals (e.g., poster development, white papers, case studies, presentations, clinical evidence).
  • Define and supervise the initiation, execution, authoring and publication of select clinical projects, partnering with the clinical studies group on the details of execution and reporting for ARKRAY-sponsored and non-sponsored studies.
  • Develop medical and scientific marketing/product material in conjunction with product management and marketing communications.
  • Drive a strategic Key Opinion Leader (KOL) plan, cultivating collaborative relationships with current and future thought leaders in academic and clinical medicine at the local, regional and national level.
  • Serve as clinical relationship manager during execution of key clinical studies.
  • Oversee key customer relationships and responsible for primary VIP events and one-to-one senior management key customer meetings for all major medical conferences.
  • Manage relationships with key societies and organizations to integrate ARKRAY clinical and educational activities; define, develop and implement ARKRAY's presence at key conferences.
  • Perform literature searches and prepare key publication library in conjunction with product marketing.
  • Identify and develop speakers to participate in programs and symposia.
  • Support Sales department by creating written materials, presentations, and conducting training sessions as appropriate.
  • Drive educational efforts by delivering webinars and courses on medical topics.
  • Manage the CE/CEU/CE programs sponsored by ARKRAY.
  • Provide clinical input to internal teams as it relates to the use of our products and positioning with key customer groups.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years relevant work experience.
  • Experience as a certified medical professional; e.g. BSN/RN required.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical work (studies) experience in monitoring and managing clinical studies or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience creating/delivering medical education through a variety of means & modalities, including direct training, workshops, online, and CEU/CME.
  • Experience organizing and managing advisory boards and symposia.
  • Track record of developing successful marketing materials.
  • Experience driving consensus across a diverse cross-functional team, including marketing, sales, regulatory and product development.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, collaboration and negotiation.
  • Proven track record of successful interactions and negotiations with medical professionals and scientists.
  • Background working in field of diabetes mellitus.
  • Ability to travel.
