ARKRAY is currently hiring an Inside Sales Account Manager in our Oral Health division to represent ARKRAY and our products to dental healthcare professionals, and educators both in person and on the telephone.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build one-on-one relationship and proactively sell to customers by calling via telephone and in person.
  • Represent ARKRAY at local, state, and national trade shows and seminars that pertain to our business.
  • Timely follow-up and tracking of all leads activities acquired through trade shows and other referral sources.
  • Maintain and build strategic relationships with ARKRAY employees key to the marketing segment.
  • Provide value to the dental healthcare professional by providing clinical insight and demonstrating superior features and benefits.
  • Initiates calls to current and potential clients to up sell or initiate new business leads nationwide.
  • Develop and manage assigned key accounts within territory that have implemented ARKRAY products and develop greater levels of revenue.
  • Implement business plans and/or strategies created by VP of Sales and other appropriate market segment marketing professionals.
  • Achieve fiscal year budgeted sales numbers that have been assigned
  • Manage territory effectively and budget to maximize sales dollars and expenses.
  • Provide various reports to manager such as call and expense reports, market share updates, spread sheets, etc.
  • Access other electronic database and business intelligence tools to mine data for use in forecasting and business planning.
  • Effectively update and utilize CRM on a daily basis.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years' sales experience in medical sales. Specific dental category experience highly preferred.
  • Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with oral wellness and dental market and / or previous sales experience in a one-on-one client-based setting.
  • Attention to detail combined with the ability to win over clients and close the sale.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills are a must; comfortable cold calling and presenting technical information.
  • Proven customer service practices that have resulted in building long-term relationships and repeat business.
  • Highly motivated and self-directed individual who functions well in a results-oriented environment.
  • Situated near local major airport with domestic travel expectations to be no greater than 20%.
  • Computer Knowledge of CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • College Degree Preferred.
