ARKRAY is currently looking to hire a Marketing Manager to be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies for ARKRAY clinical diagnostic products. Ensure success of commercialized products by creating marketing strategies and tools to support the efforts of the sales and applications organizations. Lead the Clinical Application Specialists (CAS) team to deliver on ARKRAY business plan objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead cross functional team to execute on commercialization of new products. This includes all phases of product development from product identification and commercial launch to product end of life management.
  • Stay current with market trends and competitive product landscape. Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external customers to provide Voice of Customer input when exploring product enhancements and new product opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver programs with the Manager of Training to the sales organization, distribution partners, and applications organization in terms of process, policy and tools.
  • Create marketing strategies and materials to generate leads and maximize sales, such as promotions, literature, case studies, testimonials, value tools, advertising campaigns, webinars, product videos, web design, etc.
  • Define strategy and lead team of Clinical Application Specialists to deliver customer excellence in demonstrations, evaluations, implementations, onsite training, and troubleshooting events.
  • Manage the marketing budget based on product activities and forecast of capital and consumable revenue.
  • Actively participates with the General Manager and other leadership staff in charting the direction of the organization.
  • Oversee tactical activities such as updates to labeling, packaging, and manuals and ensure communication of product changes are made to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Maintain a climate that attracts, develops, retains and motivates top quality personnel.

Knowledge and Skills 

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in the in vitro diagnostics market.
  • Urinalysis and chemistry instrument experience highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel 35%.
  • Proficiency in communication, word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of creativity.
