ARKRAY is hiring an Associate Product Manager to develop, launch and be the Subject Matter Expert for a proprietary diabetes disease management program to help clinicians achieve the Triple Aim goals of improving clinical outcomes, improving patient satisfaction and reducing healthcare costs.

 Duties and Responsibilitie

  • Work with Product Marketing Manager and Project Manager to develop disease management strategies.
  • Provide Voice-of-Customer perspective for the development of new app releases.
  • Provide UX/UI perspective in support of the development of app improvements.
  • Develop comprehensive sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Partner with the sales force on customer presentations. Conduct on-site customer training programs.
  • Create product literature, brochures, sales binders and all sales product support materials. 
  • Determine customer needs by designing and executing research and advisory panels to obtain market insight.
  • Monitor industry dynamics and competitive products.
  • Support the sales department with communication as needed. 

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, healthcare, user experience/user interface, medical sales, or related field.
  • Clinical and/or sales experience in chronic disease management desired.
  • UX/UI design and prototyping desired
  • Product management experience upstream and downstream. 
  • Must possess leadership and influencing skills across departments and employee levels. 
  • Ability to lead and develop customer training programs.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% 
  • Proficiency in communication, word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
