The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the commercial and new marketing activities and requirements of the portfolio of products for the USM business group's success.  This person will be the primary commercial lead of the portfolio of products, with partnership and collaboration with other ARKRAY business groups.

Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Conducts margin analysis, industry/market research, and in-life performance measurement to determine product demand, positioning, viability, and profitability.
  • Create formal business cases and product descriptions and work as a facilitator between the various internal organizations to ensure product policy and processes are negotiated, documented, and executed accurately.
  • Leads regularly scheduled meetings centered on system and operational requirements for product changes and new product development.
  • Develops pricing, pricing changes and manages tariff updates in partnership with Legal & Regulatory.
  • Pre-empts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to the application of concepts, techniques, knowledge, or processes developed to support the new product or product change.
  • Provide direction to and execution of product development activities including product labeling, market testing, and analysis.
  • Manage product life cycle (development through discontinuation)
  • Project management of all product integration/launches/changes throughout implementation.
  • Manage successful product launch process to include developing product support materials, commercialization and product training as required.
  • Develop and execute strategies to build and manage ARKRAY brands.
  • Provide market insight and liaise with R&D, Regulatory and Operations Departments to drive new product development to exploit niche markets and developing market trends.
  • Fosters relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to better understand the product, competitors and how to best sell ARKRAY technology.
  • Creates promotional materials, sales collateral and programs that drive awareness, exposure and affinity to the ARKRAY technologies
  • Manage outside customer relationships and process for private label projects.

Knowledge and Skills 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience in healthcare product or project management including a record of increased responsibilities and results.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with demonstrated project management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and numerical analysis skills: business cases, margin and cash flow analysis and proficiency in communication, word-processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Experience building strong working relations with various internal organizations including; IT, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, & Operations.
  • Be a self-starter, a highly motivated person able to work in a fast paced environment that is continually changing.
