ARKRAY is currently looking to fill a Marketing Communications Coordinator position responsible for a wide range of marketing and sales projects to support the goals and objectives of the ARKRAY Sales and Marketing departments, with an emphasis on trade shows and events.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage event calendar & deadlines
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinate activities with sales personnel
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Manage trade show booth properties and ensure that they are properly maintained
  • Coordinate company registration for tradeshows and conferences, and ensure shipments are made in a timely and economical manner and that hotel reservations are made
  • Assist Marketing in daily projects as needed.
  • Manage literature fulfillment vendor; coordinate inventory, run reports as needed, start/close accounts, train as needed.
  • Assist with the development of marketing collateral and user manuals as needed.
  • Create content for use on ARKRAY websites and sales collateral.
  • Produce routine correspondence with sales and develop tradeshow guides/plans
  • Work with Marketing Communications team to create, edit and send pre- and post-show mailers - both mail and digital.
  • Work with CRM Sales Analyst to report and analyze generated leads from tradeshows
  • Supervise booth set up at large national events
  • Create event packets for sales staff highlighting key show information
  • Identify new event marketing trends & opportunities
  • Assist with marketing communications work as directed
  • Promote ARKRAY's attendance at conventions using social media and other communication vehicles

Knowledge and Skills

  • Qualified candidates will have 2 plus years of trade show, marketing, sales support or customer service related experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • A four-year degree in marketing or communications preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good Organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to take direction and work independently, self-starter
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with using popular social media platforms is desirable
  • Travel up to 10%
