ARKRAY is hiring an Order Services Support Representative to perform general customer service duties, take incoming calls, complete orders, and assist account representatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Takes incoming calls from account representatives and assists them in sales support activities such as order processing, samples, and literature.
  • Takes incoming calls from pharmacies, nursing homes, and distributors regarding product and pricing inquiries.
  • Takes incoming calls from individuals and provides them with information on our products and how they can be purchased.
  • Processes purchase orders received from distributors, pharmacies, and customers via fax, EDI and e-mail in a timely manner.
  • Provides e-mail or fax confirmations for all others unless otherwise stated in notes that it's not required.
  • Is consistent with following up on purchase orders or inquiries from customer that need an answer from another department or customer.
  • Handles order processing and other duties related to the servicing of accounts.
  • Maintains the highest possible standards of customer service and takes extra steps necessary to please both the customer and the account representatives.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Strives to maintain an error rate of less than 1% in all work done.
  • Maintains detailed notes regarding accounts, back orders and other problems or special needs.
  • Takes the initiative to ensure total customer satisfaction.
  • Assists supervisor in processing of customer returns
  • Processes orders in conjunction with free product rebates.
  • Processes returns.
  • Maintains and updates information with regards to ordering notes and shipping notes.
  • Handles tracking and confirmations of orders.
  • Provides customers and account managers with tracking numbers and confirmations for their orders consistently.

Knowledge and Skills

  • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • 35 WPM typing skills
  • Ability to learn our server based software and PC packages (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • High School Diploma or GED
