ARKRAY is currently seeking three (3) Marketing Specialists for multiple product lines to support the creation and delivery of marketing programs and services that support the expansion and growth of the company, to include marketing materials, strategy execution and general marketing activities.

 Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely and proactively with Marketing, Sales and other departments to plan and execute marketing projects and ensure that concepts are properly positioned, supported, and delivered on time.
  • Research and understand new and existing market opportunities and provide consistent and objective feedback/ideas for initiative development/management.
  • Reviews literature in the assigned marketing project, previous marketing materials used in the assignment area, and gathers materials of competitive companies in the field. Work closely and proactively with Marketing Management to ensure that products and programs are properly positioned and supported through online media.
  • With direction from Marketing Managers, takes ownership of marketing initiatives and manage process flow and execution from start to finish.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing collateral in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Create and maintain company's cross-platform social media accounts. Develop and schedule online content, "social listening" to capture engagement.
  • Develop and coordinate multimedia packages'letters, brochures, video, point-of-purchase displays'for assignments.
  • Work closely with the mail order market and serves as liaison for divisional needs and support materials.
  • Generate, in partnership with stakeholders, marketing concepts for the ownership and implementation of cross promotional opportunities.
  • With direction from the Marketing Manager, assist in general marketing activities and Sales pull-through as needed.
  • Develops marketing campaigns using traditional media and digital platforms as dictated by the assignment. This includes the monitoring of the campaign roll-out and assessment of success at campaigns conclusion.
  • Works closely with department manager to oversee the performance of key external vendors including printers, agencies and consultants.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinate activities with sales personnel

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in Marketing, or related field.
  • Healthcare or medical device experience preferred.
  • Creative design/coordination experience preferred.
  • Experience developing and schedule online/social media content, "social listening" to capture engagement.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, communication and analytical skills.
  • Should exhibit great creativity and resourcefulness along with the ability to handle many assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner, often working under deadlines.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently, self-starter.
  • Advanced computer skills required with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Creative platform experience (InDesign/Photoshop) a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed.

Physical Requirements

  • Heavy keyboarding / PC use.
  • During trade show season:
    • Lifting up to 50 lbs.
    • Set-up and tear-down of booth
    • Hauling and Placement of materials
    • Standing for 8 to 10 hours with limited breaks
